Atlantic Interior Design Awards (AIDA)

WELCOME TO ALL MEMBERS OF IDNS, IDNB AND IDNL!
The new Atlantic Interior Design Awards (AIDA) program is now open!
The Awards Committee at IDNS has developed this regional award program to celebrate the rich and diverse design community in Atlantic Canada and to come together to be inspired and honour achievements in the Interior Design profession.
The awards program aims to:
- Recognizing members for their excellence in interior design
- Recognizing industry supporters
- Raising awareness of the interior design profession in Atlantic Canada
GENERAL INFORMATION
!! IMPORTANT DATES !!
Portal will be open to receive submissions on Wednesday, 15th February, 2023 through to Friday, 31st March 2023 midnight.
Winning projects and the Community Awards will be announced on Thursday, 22nd June, 2023 at the in-person Gala held at Pier21, Halifax NS.

The following award categories are available for project submission:
- Corporate Office
- Health & Wellness
- Hospitality – Hotel
- Hospitality – Restaurant and Bar

COMMUNITY AWARDS
LIFETIME ACHIEVEMENT AWARD
For Resident Registered Members, nominees are to have contributed, improved and advocated and/or advance the Interior Design profession in Atlantic Canada.
RISING STAR AWARD
For Intern Registered Members, nominees who have been working in the industry for one (1) to five (5) years. Nominees are to have shown strength, responsibility, a will to learn and the desire to grow their knowledge and experience.
