IIDEX thanks IDC members for another great year

Published by Julia Salerno, November 30, 2011.

This year, IIDEX saw an increase in participation from IDC members who attended from every province. Staff from design firms of all sizes, specialties and locations visited the exposition, attended CEU accredited seminars, enjoyed the international keynote speakers and rubbed elbows with colleagues, friends and suppliers at the many parties and networking events.

Several attendees took advantage of the ever-popular Coast to Coast travel subsidy program: everyone from IIDEX first timers, new graduates just starting out in their careers, to seasoned professionals designing in their 80's. The IIDEX team was pleased to see design professionals from Quebec, who officially joined IDC as a full member in 2011. Quebec constitutes the second largest membership within IDC with more than 300 members. Both the west and east coasts were also well represented this year.

IIDEX/NeoCon Canada is owned by the Interior Designers of Canada, so your support of the show is important to the profession as a portion of the revenue generated from the show is reinvested into IDC's Practice and Protection Fund.
