During her undergrad at Ryerson's School of Interior Design, Nickeisha discovered her passion for retail design and focused on creative ways to develop a customer's retail experience. This passion led her to TELUS Retail Ltd., as an In-House Designer, where her responsibilities range from fixture design to rolling out award winning concept stores across Canada. The highlight of Nickeisha's career so far has been designing several flagship stores, most recently TELUS Gardens in Vancouver. Nickeisha is currently in pursuit of her NCIDQ certification.

Tara began her studies by completing a business degree at Dalhousie University. After some extensive travelling throughout Europe, an interlude of teaching English in Japan and a period of working several marketing/business related jobs, Tara decided to enter the design industry to follow her true passion. While studying at the Academy of Design in Toronto, Tara completed several internships and contract positions within the design industry. Recently, she has found herself navigating the commercial design & construction world and is enjoying herself immensely while doing so. Tara attended both 2015 and 2016 PROpel conferences and she looks forward to networking with all the new and past attendees.

Although Melissa Tossell came from a family background in traditional carpentry and the trades, she didn't discover Interior Design until she first stepped foot onto the IADT Toronto campus in 2006. Since graduating she’s been on a journey of constant learning through varied job experiences, seminars, collaboration, mentorship, and residential projects of her own. Now at her own company, Sanura Design, she offers homeowners and fellow professionals alike the benefit of her talent, experience, knowledge, and straight-forward way of doing business.

Jordan Fang completed his Bachelor of Interior Design at Humber College and is now also a registered teacher in Ontario. To celebrate these accomplishments he spent two months in the fall traversing Europe and exploring the culture, architecture and food of many beautiful countries. Now, with 5 years of residential design experience he is looking to explore other areas of design such as corporate and hospitality but also new areas of the industry itself like design sales. Jordan has attended both 2015 and 2016 PROpel conference series and is looking forward to another amazing weekend with new and returning faces!
