    CONTRACTS FOR PROVISION OF SERVICES: THE GOOD, THE BAD AND THE UGLY

    The seminar will outline the essential elements of a contract for provision of design services. Here, you will learn about the importance of detail within contracts, as well as the resulting end product. You will also learn about the importance of detail with regards to progress note and communications. A case study will be presented in order to demonstrate what you should do when the relationship between the client and the service provider goes off the rails and results in termination and unpaid services.
