How to more effectively build relationships, close a deal and complete a project with fidelity listening and communication

Successful leaders motivate and inspire people with clear communication. Leading organizations promote discipline, accountability and strategic alignment with clear communication. Market leaders with winning sales strategies rely on clear communication. In this two hour workshop, participants will identify where communication breaks down and be given effective techniques to build relationships more effectively, increase sales and decrease costly project errors.

    • A 5-step model for effective communication
    • How strategic listening is essential to business success
    • How to alter personal behaviours to communicate more effectively
    • How to use listening techniques that ensure clarity and understanding
    • The impact and cost of poor communication
    • How to resist the temptation of making assumptions, and much more.

Come learn a new model, practice new techniques and leave with take-aways to immediately change your daily interactions, sales and project results.

Renée Safrata, Vivo CIC, Facilitator, Author

Often called the "soft" side of business, Renée Safrata  specializes in the "people" side of business. Businesses, teams and people constantly grow and change. Business objectives and skill sets shift. Yet, it’s the people issues – change management, emotional intelligence, leadership, communication, alignment, productivity, stakeholder and employee engagement – that have the most dramatic influence on results.

After graduating from Ryerson with an interior design degree and obtaining her NCIDQ certificate, Renée set up a boutique interior design  firm specializing in retail, particularly big-box retail environments. After eleven years, Renée shifted careers to consult CEOs, COOs, executive management teams, senior teams, associations and entrepreneurs to build more focused, engaged and results-oriented teams. With a total of 26 years of consulting experience, Renée has launched Vivo Team’s web platform.
