    Sharon Bortolotto is Principal of BBA Design Consultants, Inc. — one of Western Canada’s leading interior design firms. Her company specializes in both the hospitality and resort sector as well as the multi-family residential market. Hospitality projects range from new hotel construction, refurbishment of existing hotels, resort and spa developments, restaurants, golf courses and airline lounges. Residential projects include private homes, low-rise to high- rise condominium developments, marketing centres and display suites. During a career spanning more than three decades, Sharon has served a diverse client base and continues to provide design services for all types of new construction and renovation projects.

    Paul Morissette

    Principal, B+H CHIL Design
    Paul Morissette joined B+H in 2010 and has 30 years of architectural design, project management and interior design experience. He is design director of B+H CHIL Design and leads the firm’s hospitality interior design group in Vancouver. Paul specializes in the programming, design, documentation and management of international hospitality and residential projects. This experience has provided him with comprehensive knowledge about the development requirements, design process and contractual obligations associated with major building projects.

    BID Principal, BOX interior design incorporated
    Cynthia Penneris a principal at Box Interior Design Inc. Based in Vancouver, the firm’s practice includes retail, luxury residential, and corporate projects, but their specialty is hospitality design. Fascinated from childhood with the concept of transformation, Cynthia brings an idealist vision to her work. Her steadfast belief in the quality of storytelling and subtlety of meaning in every design choice brings an integrity and nuanced depth to her varied clientele. With over twenty years of experience, her current role as managing partner and designer allows Cynthia to balance her sense of style and grace with her entrepreneurial spirit. A sensualist, she advocates for a modernism that is textural, emotionally evocative, and visually lush. Cynthia is frequently invited to
    speak and write, and to share her perspective with the hospitality design community.
