IDC Seminar: How to make sure you're specifying and getting great architectural woodwork (2 IDCEC hours)

In this two hour seminar, attendees will learn about AWMAC's role in helping your projects to achieve outstanding results. Topics covered include: the pre-tender document review; shop drawing review; mock-up and post-installation inspection; deficiency report; follow up and the guarantee on certified work performed by AWMAC member companies. Find out how woodwork projects can get off track, how to avoid the most common pitfalls and how to choose a manufacturer most suited to your project.

In addition, attendees will review the attributes of specifying woods, panels, finishes and hardware by using generic methodology and referencing the Architectural Woodwork Standards to specify cabinets and paneling materials. Bring your pens; no pencils or erasers are needed. This is a learning experience, not a test!

Wanes is a team of 25 craftsmen with diverse skill sets and backgrounds utilizing the latest technology in 3D laser site measurement, CNC machinery and high-tech, low VOC adhesives and finishes.
