IDC: IDAS Catch up on IDCEC Hours (up to 5 IDCEC hours)

Registration and Continental Breakfast: 9:30 to 10 a.m.

The key to successful projects is not just the nuts and bolts of how to set up and run a project, rather the engagement of the people involved in the project. Engaging project teams and stakeholders the right way and at the right time throughout the project can enhance project success. This suggested session will include:

    1. How do you know who is a project stakeholder?
    2. At what point in the project should the team be involved?
    3. How do you keep the team involved?
    4. How do you maintain positive communications?
    5. What tool(s) could be used to keep the people and the project pointed in the same direction?

If you have worked on projects that have seemed to be a constant communication battle or would like some tips on improving communication to enhance project success, this session is for you.

Intended Audience: This session is intended for all roles involved with projects including project managers, project team members or those stuck with the project once it is completed!
