For the first time, IDC has partnered with Restaurants Canada to increase the visibility of our association at the Restaurants Canada Show, Canada’s hospitality trade show for foodservice businesses.

On March 1, IDC will be hosting an inspiring keynote presentation and informative seminar that you won’t want to miss.

  • At 11 a.m. join Maxime Bocken, Creative Brand Director of Studio Munge as he discusses how design influences the dining experience. 
  • Then at 12:30 p.m. Urszula Tokarska of SRP Architects will deliver a seminar on Restaurant Ambience through Lighting. She’ll share the practical and technical art of lighting, including where to source, how to minimize cost and how to make a statement.
