Sponsored by IDC, the International Interior Design Roundtable, Design Success, will feature a panel of leading designers set to tackle a high-level discussion on how best to define "success" and the most relevant measurement factors.

Design Success will take place Thursday, December 2, from 8 to 10 a.m. in Toronto, as part of Construct Canada. The Roundtable will delve beyond strategy, innovation, and creativity and will look at how, without an accepted metric, this can be done effectively.

Panelists include Michelle Biggar, principal, mcfarlane |green| biggar; Paul Filek, managing partner, Burdifilek; Lionel Ohayon, founder and owner, ICRAVE; and Lauren Rotttet, Rottet Studios. The Roundtable will be moderated by Jonsara Ruth, director, MFA Interior Design, Parsons the New School for Design.
