Three provinces receive support from Practice and Protection Fund

The Practice and Protection Fund is a dedicated fund established for the purpose of providing financial support for initiatives related to the advancement of interior design regulation and protection of the interior design practice.

IDC received three applications for funding on May 1, 2013, from APDIQ (Association professionnelle des designers d’intérieur du Québec), IDA (Interior Designers of Alberta) and IDIBC (Interior Designers Institute of British Columbia). We are happy to announce that all three associations have been granted the below  funding for upcoming initiatives in their province as follows:

1)      APDIQ – $10, 000

2)      IDA – $5, 000

3)      IDIBC – $2, 500
