Merger between ORC and Infrastructure Ontario now law

The legislation to merge Ontario Realty Corporation (ORC) and Infrastructure Ontario was announced June 6, 2011 and is now law. The new legislation proclaims that the new Ontario Infrastructure and Lands Corporation will assume the Infrastructure Ontario name.
