Exploring International Business Opportunities

If you've ever thought about growing your business beyond Canadian borders, IDC is proud to offer Registered members the opportunity to participate in international trade missions which take place periodically throughout the year.

Discover how the profession operates abroad, gain exposure to a different design culture and learn how to export your expertise - all while building professional relationships with locals working in the industry.

Several of IDC's missions are funded by GOA (Global Opportunities for Associations) through the Canadian government:

  • Brazil
  • Chile
  • China
  • India
  • The United Arab Emirates
  • The United States of America

IDC also runs additional opportunities outside the GOA program.
