Corus Quay, the new Toronto headquarters for Corus Entertainment, is a 450,000 square foot (42,000 square metre) office and broadcast centre located at the water’s edge in East Bayfront. Canada's Sugar Beach is located beside the building. Corus Quay was developed by the City of Toronto and the Toronto Port Lands Company and is part of the waterfront revitalization plan.
Corus has consolidated 12 different Toronto locations and more than 1,100 employees into one state-of-the-art facility that includes television studios, radio studios, 20+ broadcast feeds and a tapeless, file-based broadcast and production centre, and provides them with a leading-edge, innovative technological infrastructure.

The open concept environment fosters interaction, communication and collaboration among employees and creates a more vibrant, flexible and energetic work environment.
This new home allowed Corus the opportunity to reengineer their production capabilities from the ground up and build an entirely digital infrastructure based on leading-edge technologies. This has a profound effect on how Corus creates content, distributes it, their asset management system, IT infrastructure and their broadcast facilities.
Corus Quay’s Gold Standard LEED certification puts Corus in elite company, alongside some of the greenest buildings in North America – particularly rare for a broadcast centre.
